Remember that last year the State of Texas implemented new vaccine requirements for children entering kindergarten and 7th grade (12 yrs of age). AVOID THE LAST MINUTE RUSH. Make your child's appointment for this summer so we can update the vaccines. The school will NOT give out your child's class schedule if vaccines are not current. There will be no "grace period" this year. Also, all college age students in Texas are required the meningitis vaccine. It was not required in high school so your class of 2010 senior may need it before leaving for college.
